I believe I touched on legs in my last blog, this time I will touch on arms. For me, arms has always been a pretty good body part. I think the most common problem with arm growth is over-training. I was a victim of this for a long time, I always had pretty good triceps. For some reason…my¬†biceps were not in proportion with my triceps. After looking back on previous workouts, I found the weight I was using was too heavy with bad form. It’s not about the amount of weight you’re using! I cannot stress that enough….I will take form over poundage any day. Here is a sample of my arm workout now:

Jeff DeBoe – September 4, 2012

This is my first blog entry…been very busy with work and family.

quadsAs far as my upcoming show, things are going alot better than anticipated. I’ve been paying a lot of attention to my lower body. Quads have always been a problem for me, which I feel is a huge problem for most beginning bodybuilders. For whatever reason you choose to rebuild your body, most people pay attention to the areas that are most visible. Chest, arms are going to get you the attention that you may seek! If you want to walk the path of a bodybuilder or just improve your physique, you must hit each body part with the same aggression workout after workout.
